Hand of Piety - Healed for 4920 HP at rank 6 ?

I have Hand of Piety (HoP) rank 6 and I just noticed today that I healed for 4920 HP every time I used it ( I was solo and not grouping). This seems rather hight consider that I did not see an exceptional heal message. Is this correct ?

I have Healing Adapt - rank 7, which gives 23% additional healing
I'm wearing Pendant of the Stoic, which has Healing 30 focus effect (up to 30% additional healing)

Base heal amount of HoP rank 6 is 2000 HP. Assuming that I hit max healing of 153% , the maximum I can heal for is 2000HP x 1.53 = 3060 HP. What gives ?

Additional Info: I just got HoP rank 7 and it healed for 5461 HP ( I was solo and not grouping).

You have Mod3 Heal Ammount on something:
Bonus HP = Heal Ammount * (CastTime+RecastTime) / 7

CastTime, RecastTime : These are in seconds. A recast time of 15mins = 900

Each point of heal ammount = +128hp. 14pts of heal ammount would be about right.

To my knowledge remorse for the fallen doesn't affect hand of piety because piety isn't a spell it's an ability.
