Atk debuffs

Sooo, they made debuffing attack important once again.

However, we no longer have our dex/str/ac debuff, the line (last upgrade was in OOW) it's been given completely over to the enchanters, with some nice icing.

We do however have our which I believe the newest version is -1% to hit. (And some possibly negligable, highly situational +blunt damage)
Edit: How many mobs use 1hb? they all seem to be h2h - except for those wielding a weapon which they occasionaly use. That being the case - does the decrease to-hit segment actualy do anything useful?
Edit: I should also mention the annoying part about not being able to USE feralisis on just any mob. there's a portion that yuou get told can't be feralisised >_>

Do we have any numbers on how well that compares with the newest version of cripple?
I've searched the forums, didn't see anything - I apologize if this is a double post.

But I think this is worthy of note - they took away the cripple line from us, and now they've made the cripple line extra useful again in the form of indirect atk debuffing.

Am I complaining?
Yes.
Do I have a right to?
I think so - a tool was taken away from us, and now it's been made useful again, after we no longer have it

Well, that's my cry - I'd like to know what other folks think.
