On my melee bot this is what i did: Get some basic AAs, in a focused (no pun intended) targeted fashion, such as you have- AA Canni. Then grind out at 80-90% AA Exp until you're either bored unto the verge of quitting, or you reach the point of diminishing returns. Then Reg Exp burst up to the next level you want/need. Some AAs are only attainable after a certain level, as i'm sure you've noticed.
Much of this depends on your wants/needs and those of your friends or guild.
With my farming bots I worked their AAs until I had most that were appropriate for their level. i.e. Get all relevant/desired PoP/GoD/OoW at around L70, which is /agree a very sweet spot for AA exp (70 - 72, in my experience). Once ur character is fairly well developed and AA'd for that level/content, then burst up to next level of AAs or perhaps to the next expansion.
That's just my 2cp. I place a good bit of value on the Combat Agility/Durability AAs and then the others are icing on the cake; do DoT Crits if you solo mostly, or healing AAs if you group more. It's terrible when taking a brief break from a SHMing and grouping with a L75 SHM that goes down like the straw house from 3 Little Pigs, or can't AA root-park a wandering add for crowd control, or who is healing just at the base rate of a spell when the cleric is getting squished.
