Breakdown in Commuication checklist

This is my first post here although I've played a shaman for 6 years + starting on CT server and more lately MS. I was an avid Crucible reader back in the day and have found this site just as useful after coming back from and 18 months break.

Anyhow onto my question, I have found many bits and pieces in my bank from various half finished quests including BiC. I recall at one point seeing a checklist here on Samanna site but cant seem to find it now. Can anyone please point me in the right direction.
