You need to kill Coldeye Orcs to get the faction needed to get the task. or if you're brave can shroud up (rogue) and sneak behind quest giver and hope to not aggro surrounding mobs.

Spirit Sending all shrouds get it, takes you to pok to the person who shrouded you. So you do have a way out to unshroud. Also few mobs see invis around the quest givers, can just invis and hail unshrouded with no problem, don't have to be uninvised to finish task like you do to get it.
