I just can't get over Sting of the Queen. In beta, I was pretty upset and ranted everywhere to get rid of the original version, which was an "efficient" nuke same damage as our other poison DD, but with a 30sec recast timer. Blech. I screamed for our normal rain back, which in my eyes would have been 3 waves of 1168. The current version of Sting is much, much better.

1) 3k base damage
2) mana efficient as a rain (1:5)
3) resist modifier
4) 0.5s cast time <=== booyah!

Huzzah, a shammy nuke that doesn't suck, stop the train!

WTF? Malis debuffs ...

Prathun was pretty easy-going when we requested that he remove the long recast timer off this one... he also said he'd double the mana cost for balance reasons and keep an eye on it. I sure as hell hope he put this on the backburner and it just fell between the cracks. That's ridiculous.

Canni works in addition to OOC regen. Canni works in-combat.

With mind buffs, AAs, and med bonus averaging us near 100 mana/tic, we're looking at near 300 mana per tic in-combat for the mount sitters, over 250 for the battle priests.

The new canni AA eats 4k HP returning 2.25k mana...

In a roundabout way, we have been compensated for class trivialization OOC regen would have on us.

Malis is incredible now. I posted the debuff values before and it's -72 to all but disease. Malosina's upgrade(Malosinise) is a bit weak, probably due to the focus effect that was added to it(-80 for Malosinise and up to 7% damage focus for magic DDs).

On an unrelated note, has anyone tried foresight yet? I cast it on myself and group and then after about 10 seconds it wore off of everyone. I tried recasting it on myself and again it wore off after 10 seconds or so. Mammoth effect stayed though (kind of lame, it takes 2 buff slots... but oh well). Since it all wore off at once I'm thinking someone's aura was overwriting it or something.
