whatever refresh time (less than 30 seconds)
That's what I'd like to see. That gives us a reasonable 1 minute focussed duration.
With a horrid 28 second base duration, 42 secs extended, there is just too much wrong here... at an average of 7 chances to proc, an unlucky RNG swing means a 1 in 7 chance a proc didn't go off...that's about 15% less effective... made worse if the melee isn't on the mob for a tic, due to placement, spell-casting, or just not paying attention... another 15% drop...and if someone was out of range, there's a huge chunk gone...
Bad idea to have a buff that procs once a tic only last 7 tics fully extended.

Hits for 80, 4.2k hp... interesting. Is that the Tier 1 version? How much improved is the Tier 3 version? Almost equivalent to a mage's unfocused 65 Earth pet. We'll be able to get him to what, 7k buffed? Now they just need to add shaman to the pet focus items and we'll have a survivable 100dps puppy.
