Not that you would be able to, with how long our heal cast times are . . .
But, I agree, the duration needs to be looked at, even 5 minutes would be an improvement.

While testing out Elddar's Forest yesterday (unsuccesful 
) Following item was in /ooc. Dropped by a bear (don't know if a named bear, any bear or serverwide rare). But its not listed on so I presume its tied to a special mob.
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM NO TRADE AUGMENTATION
Augmentation type: 7 8
Slot: HEAD FACE EAR NECK SHOULDERS ARMS BACK WRIST HANDS FINGER CHEST LEGS FEET WAIST
AC: 15
Attack: +30 Regeneration: +3
Required level of 60.
WT: 0.0 Size: TINY
Class: ALL
Race: ALL
(Odd though how little people explore these days, the expansion has been beaten and this item for instance has only been found on half of the servers. Many of the servers, which have found this augment, have done so in the past week - presumably while camping for the earrings, which also haven't been discovered on all servers.)
