Yeah, but group- and raid- oriented 'tasks' yeild progression; only faction from solo ones... which many people need a group for anyway. Just go xp in NC/WoS/RCoD/MPG/RS (progressively); you'll wind up with dropped gear, the faction you need, your spells, and drops for Spiritkin. Just note what all you need for your quests so you don't pass/destroy/sell it.
