Replacing 10-13 focuses every 5 levels simply needs to stop.
In no way shape or form is this balanced for casting classes.
Let's just send a message to them we want the level restrictions on all spell focuses removed.

its even worse for hybrids. as a ranger main i need cleave/fero/imp dodge/imp parry/sharpshooting and then add on detri mp/bene mp/bene spell haste/fire dd/ice dd foci, and those are the minimum
level increase and changes to foci would annoy me more. why not change any foci thats limit 70 to limit 75-80.
