I'm sorry, but I like every shaman I know have +50% buff extension. And almost all have focus extension items. I need to refresh SS every 7-8 ticks, not every 4 ticks

I know you were ignoring criticla and such like, but you cannot do that and perform a reasonable comparison. You have to figurw in the healing AA and some items to get a true comparison of peoples abilities. Whiles assuming all the priests have the same % scale ups in fact exasabates the healing differences as the hp/sec is larger. % differnces don't scale infinitly, that's why the DOD items were all rebalanced, the flat % difference from raid to loot gear was too much
