The compilations do not contain the claim items.

At least, platinum did not have the telosian morphemic staff or the satchel of abu-kar

But SOE is saying that the retail version of Titanium will contain all of the retail /claim items to date.

Q: I already have some of the in-game claim items on my account. Since they are limited to ONE item per account, if I purchase EQ Titanium, will I be able to get an extra LDON bag and DoD mount on top of the ones I already own? (not necessarily on the same char as some items are lore).
A: You will be able to get the satchel on the same account but items already claimed will not duplicate.

Ahh ok i missed that entierly. I was disapointed when my 2nd account did not get the claim items when i created it using platinum. =(

Humbug. After posting I followed one of the links above which completely answered my question (do we know for sure that you can apply these expansions to your existing account and bring it up to date - answer: Yes.)

Yes. You can either:

a) Start a new account fully enabled with all /claimed rewards to the present, but no vet rewards, as it would be a new account - vet rewards are tied to the initial billing date for that account, not character creation date; or

b) Update a preexisting account current with all expansions through DoD with all /claimed rewards to the present, minus any you have already claimed on the same account, and leave your present vet rewards unchanged.

Fire up EQ and click on "Account" instead of logging into a server, that brings up a browser window with a login for account management at the SOE website (or you can go to the SOE website and log in from there directly).

I think the button there was labelled something like "Register Expansion"; I'm not positive on the exact wording but it should be fairly obvious.

That will bring up another page with a box for you to enter your code from Titanium.

Correction to what Sam said- Lemme explain what happened...
Ive brought an mix of boxed/ online expansions, (ldon/oow boxed iirc) retired for a year, came back, missed out on DoN/DoD, and I heard of titanium so I decided to wait til it came out to catch up-

Now, I had the Geldian Crystal, and the Satchel of Abu-Kar, but no Taels Morph Staff, No Boar, No CH/FoM pots, no Gargoyle shroud etc ( I thnk I coverd them all, lol)

I decided to semi perma retire my old 68 (with previous said rewards) main, and start anew with a new class. Leveled him to 50, got Titanium (like old world zones for first 50 levels anyways) for DoN/DoD, did the /claim 8 dealio and got ALL the boxed rewards, yes, all 6 of the rewards on my new main when I already had 2 of them on my old main, mind you, this is the same account. So I conclude that you can have more than 1 of any reward on your account. (I have 2 Geldian Crystals atm, and plan on upgrading the ldon satchel to see if it will "go" up to max on the new main toon)

Ive heard some people mention they got a second Satchel (the NOT upgraded one) when they had the upgraded version already on the same toon (I assume they wouldnt be able to upgrade it, due to lore issues)

According to Alla, the is Lore but the is not Lore. Therefore, you should be able to get both bags if you upgrade the 1st bag, /claim the 2nd bag and then upgrade the 2nd bag. I will verify this tonight since I just bought the Titanium pack to bring an account up-to-date.

Who is the person for this? Trading the /claim CH/mana potions to the type you want? I found the gnome (name escapes me atm) at the tree near nexus stone in PoK for the Crystal trade in (Fire ftw!) on my own but the potion one eludes me...

DOH. Its the same barbarian that gives you the potions for the shard... I didnt realize I had to give him individually versus giving him the stack /bonks self on head
