Feedback on my original post? Yep, there was a flurry, then it sort of petered out.
These positions exist for primarily for the community relations staff (and secondarily for the development staff) to have a point of contact for class specific issues (although I have not been asked about any yet).
The top ten lists are the vehicle for the players of the class to communicate to SOE what we feel are the top issues, problems, imbalances, and things-that-make-the-game-less-fun for our class. While they are looked at, they are only one source for considering what to do to/for a class - and a minor one at that (it seems). The perceptions of the class players are often at odds with the plans and vision of the development staff; there has been some discussion about discontinuing the lists (as they seem to stir up more angst than goodwill), but it seems we will keep them.
