How can I get a spirit shroud for an old account?

Forget the question - seems like I have misunderstood something here. The /claim command only gives one additional monster I can play (the gargoyle form). I can play MM's as any other form by talking to one of the 3 NPC's in PoK.

I thought that the gargoyle opened up the access to all different monster types, so I never even tried simply hailing one of the 3 spirit shroud NPC's.

Gukak is my main, so I bought DoD for her already before DoD went live. After DoD going live, I could use the /claim command to get my gargoyle tooth and thus my spirit shroud - no problems.

But recently, I have decided to 2-box a shadowknight with my shaman. I activated an old account that I have not been using for anything usefull the last year, and bought all the missing expansions. As I did not buy DoD on that account before DoD was released, it seems like the /claim command does not work. When trying, it tells me that there is nothing to be claimed on the account.

Can somebody tell me how can I then get a spirit shroud? There got to be some way - else all completely new players would be left in a situation where they can never do a monster mission. But how?

You can get shrouds, you just can't get the gargoyle one. There are a couple of spirit shroud NPCs, one near the small bank on the hill, and another around the front of the hill in between the 2 banks.

To get the "special" gargoyle shroud, you had to preorder prior to release. (Don't recall if buying the boxed version has the gargoyle or not.)
