AFAIK, racial exp penalties have been removed for a while.

Last I was leveling (and checked) there was still an exp penalty for Iksars. I assume its the same with Trolls. I was always under the understanding this was due to our innate regen which now of course means nothing. I was under the impression that there were a lot of race penalties and bonuses in original eq, but they were gotten rid of fairly early on.

I did not know that the ogres lost their frontal stun immunity. Where did you find this?

Ogres are still immune to stuns from frontal melee. Racial exp penalties still exist, but never applied to AA exp, so they're a non-factor when you're level capped.
