Misty for You/Eye Bound are the quests. They result in A Lens of Eye-Glass or something to that effect, which I'm assuming is part of an upgrade to the monocle you need for Dreadspire access to begin with. I've also found a Zombie-model MoB that drops a two-slot container, Funeral somethingorother, but have no idea what goes in there yet.
If people are interested, I'll post the information on them here as easy reference. I don't have all the information as I'm new to this whole thing, but I'm taking the initiative. For example, I know who you have to kill, I've just not seen them up and don't know where to look to find them. I'll drag a tracker with me, though.
