1. Council of the Nine (36) from Brother Dark Water
2. Emperor Draygun (54) from Brother Dark Water
3. Antraygus, The Sporali King (36) from Boss Harrowan
4. Sendaii, The Hive Queen (54) from Boss Harrowan
5. Master Vule (non-instanced)

Okay, so do missions against Skyra and Bloodeye, whatever they are, not count for progression, but are content and give non-prog rewards?

In general yes. There's total of 4 tasks connected to DS for access for Demi-Plane of Blood (sorry don't recall names atm).

As for the progression aa's. Each rank of the aa from progression raids has a different name (Curse of Blood - 1/5, Affliction of Blood - 2/5, Torment of Blood - 3/5,Temptation of Blood - 4/5, Invitation of Blood - 5/5), but they are generaly named "Curse of Blood" aa's and you can get em in any order.
