Just to clarify since i didnt see it posted in here anywhere. We have a spell similar to bind sight like you want. Its called vision. level 29 or 30 or so. The casting message actually says your spirit leaves your body. I use this spell all the time to bind to different mobs and check all around a zone.

If using the Vision series for scouting/pulling, there is no advantage to casting the longer refresh, more expensive Assiduous Vision..... just cast Vision with its 4/10 cast times...

And for the record, while doing a cursory search thru all our spells to unsuccessfully find a pulling spell with greater than 200 range, it is only the Vision series which have a huge range.....10000.

Unfortunately, is also has zero aggro.
