Oops, lost some stuff while splitting threads. Let's leave this as an aug discussion.
Here's how I do augs; only banking on the ones I can get from RS camps or DoN merchant; should work for raiders and non-raiders alike:
Note: I haven't found a lot of type 7/8, +HP augs for the wrist slot that can be purchased; am I missing any obvious gems? I'd give up a +60 resist aug for a +60 or better HP aug, but probably not for less.

Not purchasable, but you can one-group three 60/60s in various places.
from MPG Trial of Destruction at the Projection of Power. Aug is definately rare loot here, but the melee neck and caster shoulders are unlikely to rot since they're so good.
from quest farming the four types of elementals in revamped Splitpaw Lair.
and (65/65) from , new mission in an instanced, high level version of Unrest. According to what people tell me, the aug is uncommon, perhaps 1-in-3 or 1-in-4, but the mission itself isn't terrible exp.

Oh, and your Secondary slot shouldn't have hp aug. Should be AC. 20ac the best/easiest available, from in Muramite Proving Grounds.
So you can move that 40 from Inktu'ta to one of your wrists if you like.

Thanks; I had a 20ac aug in the shield, but I replaced it with the 40hp aug recently. I know about the softcap and 'shield ac' passing it, but I figured I'm nowhere near that cap yet anyway, at 1600 AC unbuffed. Was that a mistake?

Blah, keep finding new things to say.
Your LDoN 40s could be replaced by DoN 50s. I didn't consider 10hp to be much gain for 250 crystals, so I haven't done it myself, but it's a reasonable thing to plan on doing in the unlimited future.
The Qvic 60 (really 60/60. Your 30 is probably the 30/30, too) is... well, not "ungettable", but not something to plan on. It's more rare than Rare McRareson of Clan Rare, who lives in Rarington, West of Rareburgh.
