Ok so I bought all my brand new Paladin leverl 71 spells.. and figure in the next day or two ( RL permitting) I will start exploring and hunting in the new zones.. Sooooo when I get into groups,, (where I am told we will see tier 2 spells drop).. Uh what EXACTLY am I looking for??..
Do scrolls drop that say ... for example: tier 2 paladin level 71 spell "whatever name of tier 1 spell is"... Will it be like a OOW rune that any class can use to upgrade any spell of a certain level they want??
