I think that is it.

I am 2/5 of the way through 68. I know that grinding to 70 is the very best option but I don't feel the need to do the very best thing at the moment

I came back to EQ maybe 5 weeks ago (was barely 66 then) and since coming back I join a little guild that likes to raid about 3 times a week. I AM THE ONLY SHAMAN in this guild.

What AA would you be chasing in my situation (if you say grind to 70 forst I am coming to your house!!).

If you are really deadset on not hitting 70, you may consider Quick Buff 2. But you appear to be a relatively odd scenario, do you see yourself healing a lot on these 3 raids a week? are you DPS?

Avoiding leveling also locks out the ability to get Ancestral Aid, Call of the Wild, Spirit Channeling to name a few.

Radiant Cure and VP are also really nice abilities.

Innate Metabolisn 3 (if you use stat food and drink)

RC 1 - big bang for the AA buck
Virulent Paralysis - knock back root - so incredibly handy
Ancestral Aid - group heal so power

Get to 70

CoTW - I love AAs that give you brand new abilities, the ability to rez a cleric back is so nice
Spiritual Channeling - free mana for 5 minutes, if you're out of mana, you can be full again by the time SC (God Can) runs out
