I used it 3 times. Clerics complained that it made healing people harder - because F8 picks it up instead of the mob that they /assist of.

was asked not to use it already on the raid after casting it twice.

FFS all other classes get aura : 30 mins, 1 click and it's on. Shaman get a 2 mins spell that is inconvenient to maintain, and is in the way. Panther, Chanpion, Avatar, Lingering Sloth.....it's more and more to do.

I got it fairly early on in the expansion, used it once, got me arse handed to me from the z-axis aggro (heh, at least the range above/below is good), removed the spell set with it in case I accidentally mem it again and forgot about it. I might fiddle with it again someday, or maybe not. /sigh

healing wards were targetable at first also, idols need to be made to be targeted as pets like they changed those (cant cycle npc and pick up healing ward, but you can click it with mouse).

Yep sounds like the problem isnt that its targettable, but that its considered an NPC and gets targetted with F8. If it was made to be a pet or targetted with the nearest PC from F7 it would solve most of the complaints.

And as someone who has a tank as a main, I know just how annoying it is trying to target mobs in a raid. Its already bad enough when you are facing a mob 3 feet in front of you and F8 targets one 50 feet behind it, or one 2 feet behind you that you didnt see. And having things like chests around that come up on F8 instead of mobs was always annoying, especially when you hit em by mistake and set off a trap
