I guess I'm MR. Pessimistic =/
Yesterday we had some horrible luck on hatred trial. I slowed the boss at 99%, our mt went down right then. Most tanks were not there yet so I was blast healing all I could, then I went oom. (little time to canni, but I was hitting it here and then, already used epic and AA since mt was in my group).
Since I was oom, I thought ok let me stop blasting and canni, well I hit canni v, hit ancient canni, and got down to 10k hps (I'm only 12.8k), as I was canni-ing RT went down, and I got quad 2.5k ish and died.
My argument is had I been 12.8k, I would have lived. Why is it that a cleric can be 12.8k, a druid can be 12.8k, a shaman can be 12.8k but if the shaman wants their mana, they are equivelant to 10k hps?
Beastlords at my level are like 15.5k hps buffed (that's not high end, just mid-high end). Why is it someone who uses life for mana is at such a disadvantage HPS wise?
We need to have MUCH MORE hps than clerics / druids if we are to be on par with them.
A high end Cleric or Druid won't get 1 rounded by a 10k damage, one day shaman can say the same =/
