It was bugged for a while, then patched. I'm not sure what that means to folks that completed it during various times/patch states. The official word is that it goes to 50hp. Look at the dev tracker on eqlive and you can see the dev posts about it.

Man I am all sorts of confused about this expansion :p. I guess I'll just have to do more exploring and reading. I thought it was for the progression missions not solo exploring tasks. Either way, I'm going to get it done ASAP to get rid of my pathetic LDoN aug...thanks for the info guys!
