Tonic of Resonant XXX

I thought at one point the Tonic of Resonant Toxin and others would affect our and other damage over time casters DoT's? Believe it was off the first tick of the DoT. Can someone verify if any of these Tonics work or worked for DoT casters or only DD spells. I was going to make a batch of Tonic of resonant Elemental XVI for the Necro/Shammy in the guild to reduce the different tonics needing to be made.

Yeah, triggers on cast, not with the ticking damage. I habitually go Resonant Toxin since 1/3 or more of my damage casts are Bite, and half(ish) of the dots. Elemental is definitely appropriate for the necromancers, who scramble up poison, fire, and magic.

Thanks Brohg. I was able to go through the log files and found the key wort to tracking it " twitches" easy enough to find when I would get a crit of 10933. Most would run 3471 and go unnoticed untill looking under the log files.
