The return of disease dots?

Ive been reviewing our VoA spells and it looks like we are getting some new lines of disease dots?

91 Breath of Silbar (upgrade)
92 Giaborn's Malady (upgrade)
92 Yubai's Affliction (new?)
93 Poanag's Pandemic (new?)


Other than that it looks like everything is just a incremental step up.

Pandemic isn't so much a disease dot, as the return of our DR debuff line (malicious decay, putrid decay, ect) that has a dot componant. More like bringing back that discontinued line with an upgrade.
Yubai's Affliction is new, though IMO that's what they should have done to our 'standard' disease dot, rather than make a new line.

Does Yubai proc a 4.6k/4 tick dot after the initial dot fades? If so, the initial dot has a 1.6 min duration(more with focus/AA's/potions.) Is this spell even useful for root rotting?

The proc'ed dot should be extendable but still, does anything last >1.6 minutes these days?

Now if they put that on the magic dot...
