reptile v. lass / bias

the hot from reptile doesn't stack with the hot from bias but reptile also has a direct heal component.
lass and reptile both have secondary effects. noted.
lass costs less mana than reptile. noted.
reptile has 32 hit counters; lass has none. noted.
it's likely too late for anything to change in VoA, but as it stands, reptile is a superior spell than lass. what mob doesn't get slowed with bias?
