Raiders: Awarding HoT Dream Fragments

How does your guild distribute HoT dream fragments for Rk III spells?

My guild is farming Tick Tock and is *this* close to beating Ritual of Terror. We've got a distribution system in place (a three-tier system that gives each class a certain number of fragments for buffs, heals/tanking, dps/cc). It looked good on paper. In practice, it's workable but a bit cumbersome and some of our class leaders don't seem to be too happy with it. So we're refining it - and as part of that process, I thought I'd ask you guys for some feedback.

my guild Officers are still talking from just Group HP buffs to add more like Group Buffs, certain single buffs and a few debuffs. and some like Bard AE mana song.

because in HOT you can pick your spell and any HoT raid can drop any frag. It makes sence to create a list of what you expect peeps assingend to loot to get the spell best for the raid.

Yeah, our Class Leaders have already prioritized their spells and are directing people to get certain spells.
I'm just looking for the HOW - what method do you use to get runes in people's hands?

We bid DKP for fragments just as we woudl any other gear.

Hand them out based on raid attendance, we dont prioritize any runes to anyone though

Roll a random, anywhere from 1-400 to 300-400 depending on your raid attendance. Top rollers win, max of one rune per week.
