AA forceful rejuvenation

With a recast time of one hour, I'm wondering how practical this AA is?

Does it make Champ immediately castable after casting? Does it only affect spells and not AA's (thus making it not useful for SC or RB or VP)?

When would you actually activate this AA? Thanks.

It only affects Spells, no AAs. I use it mostly for fights with heavy-AE mobs to refresh AI.

Yes, Forceful Rejuvenation is a great AA for resetting AI. I would say I mostly use it for AE mobs in both group and raid content.

AI is about the only thing you would use it for. What else? Spirit of Cheetah?

This AA seems fairly tied to AI. I cast it often not only in raid settings but often in grp settings where spikes can get out of hand or trying to get CC down.
