Healing Counterbias

Does Healing Counterbias get effected by any AA lines...as in increasing the healing ablility.

If so which AA lines should be maxed out...

But which AAs specifically work with healing counterbias the heal and slow portions of this spell?

So there is nothing atm that works on the slow portion of this spell or increases the length of the hot?

I believe those would be affected by beneficial and detrimental duration extension foci.

Healing Counterbias for me at Rk3 is better than Mending Counterbias Rk2. Is this correct? Is there going to be a nerf of Healing Counterbias?
