Thirdspire like Feralize Blunt only?

Lurking over at the save house I stumbled over something I haven't been aware of:

that our third spires accuracy has effect on 1hb only? anone can confirm/deny?

Independed from that, I did some more parses with my ranger, without knowing about, this time he weared 2 slash weapons.
I could not find any mod in the min damage. So nor in primary nor in seconday the min damage was modified.
On the parses from last jear, the ranger had a blunt and a slash. If I remember well the blunt was in primary, the slash in secondary.
I remember to have already noticed, that only one of both where modified. I thought that it may only had effect on primary and not secondary, so it should have been, that the blunt was on primary.


For me it looks like some flags on our spires are set to have effekt only for blunt weapons.
The spellparser don't show evidence to that. Anyone nowing better to interpret the spells_us,txt mind to have a loot at this? /em lurkes towards Retron.

As nowhere it is indicated that its meant to be that way, it is likely a bug which limit this ability beyond intensions. Maybe a CL could bring this to a devs attention and make him have a look at it?

conclusion: apart from applying far below dps as the design goal has been, by some flag it does that little what it does only for blunt-weapon-meeleing.

Accuracy and Min damage only improves for blunt.
