AA cost/ power per rank

Im looking for a list of shaman aa's that breaks down the cost per rank since the pattern of the next ranks sometimes change (ie. 3,6,9,5,5,5 etc) and also shows how it increases in power. IE. with union of spirit - rk1: heal-2333, hot-1166 .. rk2: heal-2666, hot-1133 etc.

I can find some of this on Lucy and allakhazam.. but it doesnt show the cost for the upper ranks and it doesnt always sort the aa's by purchased rank. If there is a list out there I would really appreciate a link to it.

This question comes up from time to time and the answer appears to be that there is no master list similar to the AA lists that Magicians and SKs have.

If you have an 85 Shaman with a fair number of AAs, you can copy him to the test server and then use one of the Test server tools (/resetaa ?) to reset all AAs and re-purchase them one at a time while keeping track of the cost and the required level.
