Does it seem slower to anyone else since UF release?

Yes, didn't notice it right away but last few days I've been wondering the same thing myself...
Lucy is showing 72% movement speed @ 85, not sure if that is a change or not tho...

That's what it always was. run8 speed like bards & monks.

There's room for that scaling now, but it won't actually happen unless monks & bards get additional AA at those levels, is my expectation

Interesting that you should mention it seems slower.
As a monk with Run 8, I have noticed people with FoE keeping up with me when I used to be faster.
