Got Ancestral Guard maxed and Greater Rabid Bear. Intend to max out the new defensive AAs first then get Affliction Mastery.

Dumping saved points into Defensive AA's.

Not sure Ancestral Guard will help me live thru anything I have died to recently (most of my Deaths are Raid Wipes, and I don't see AG helping with that any) ... It's not like a Cleric that can cast DA, and then rez-box another cleric before dieing ... AG means I am still getting hit and interupted anyway ....

I only got the first level of Rabid Bear because it was the cheapest AA I could buy to get me the Elder Title back in the Level 60 days in FG where AAs would take a couple hours to come by !! I have probably used it for fun 5 times since getting it, and for DPS on Tunare and the weaponary group trial ... and thats about it .... I can see where a 350 free HoT for 5 mins would come in handy (Kessdona bugged scripts, Vishimtar, Yarlir AE ramp, etc etc), but I am not sure it's worth that many AAs. SoE could have made it a HoT without the melee bonus, and it would be just as useful to me ...

I wound up getting 3 levels of AG and two of avoidance.

I bought Gift of Magic 3 and it has no effect on much of what I cast. It regards Serenity as a buff and only seems to go off on DD nukes and DD heals oh and canni of course since that's effectively a self DD.

Got 1st 3 ranks of avoidance and 1 of Ancestral Guard as well. So far Ancestral appears to be pretty limp in effectiveness so I will cap out all the defensives and place this firmly on the back burner.

I bought Greater Rabid Bear, fired it with Spirit Channeling and meleed with some orcs. Neat toy for farming and healing, don't regret buying it, but it doesn't seem groundbreaking atm.

Jury is still out on Ancestral Guard, haven't had a real "oh shit" moment to see if it actually is worth a damn.

GRB and mana proc thing so far. been wasting my time in those stupid mosnter missions, where 90 hp boots drop that are no drop....so they get destroyed, and apparently theres no aa/xp involved.
really like GRB though, 350 regen, pops alot...too bad thers no stat cap boosters to it
