Just double checking that Tribute effects (like haste in particular but also spell focii) do not stack with items. They are just replacement for if you do not have them on your equip. Friend new to the game asked me about it and since I didnt know for 100% sure, figured I'd ask you guys before I give out wrong info For the record, I've never really used tribute so I have no clue on what it could do

Correct. The only exceptions are really just poorly worded, they're not exceptions.
