The Spirit Realm

Fortified Intervention is supposed to reduce cast time of Ancestral Intervention from 1.0 to 0.5 sec, and reuse time from 3.0 to 1.5 min. The reuse time effect is still 3.0 minutes after memorizing the spell, which is wrong. 1.5 minutes after casting, so that part works, although I don't think it started working until I had it a while (after I gained a level maybe).

Always been like that. I think it's been an unspoken collective non-freakout on the communities' (shm & dru) parts, because the spell/aa pair work so well overall. Clearly a bug, just super low priority. You can work around it in an emergency with Forceful Rejuvination AA (also useful for getting a second AI in a crisis).

This is an even lower priority now that you don't have to remem spells when you die.
