The Spirit Realm

Just curious about you're max DPS. Particularly DoT DPS, but if you do your best with melee/nukes, whatever just say before you post the number.

My personal best is around 1200 solo with DoTs. I do not have all the AA for DoT dmg and do not have best focii either. So I'm curious to see what is possible out there for shaman. Sustainable I can easily do 1000. I'm guessing some of you are well over 2k. So lets see them numbers!

My bests have been 2.6 & 2.8k on Ur-Floxiz burns. That was a little while ago, I might be able to squeeze out 3.3 or more, with Vet AA & new rk3 spells.

My best has been right at 1800, but I tend to have to heal my group at the end of the orc on that fight. We always end up with one wave of adds, and I'm always a healer for my group. Our model always involves a bard, shaman, zerker, melee melee melee for dps groups (if we have enough of those.) Works rather well.

My best is 2.3k on Kron. But I seem to die on that event every time I dps. Not many events where we get to really DPS on though.

3900 on entharr, but thats with 7th+glyph

shamans are patch healers and rebuffers in my guild raids, shm that try to dps get in serious trouble. I rarely ever mem anything more offensive then feralize or cripple anymore, but the occasional yell fro our raid leader saying more dots, i will load 3-4 fast and usually take aggro if that any use lol. I do remember being in the top 10 dps for a lot of fights when we could kinda get by with it(at the time we had 6-7 activre shms)

New personal high dps, 4544 for 105s, using spire & Intensity. I still need 3 more ranks of Spirit Call and I forgot Rabid Bear. I don't have any Languid Bite, Companion's Alacrity or Fury, or Extended Swarm. Looking forward to 5k

Oh, that number? 4544dps? Was only good enough for 17th on that mob Buncha Wiz/Rog/Mnk/Ber and a necro did more, plus one ranger (just barely!).

Scored 4136 DPS on Fire Mini last night. No 7th, No Glyph, no dog swarm (forgot), no GRB. Don't have Languid Bite yet, so used Pack of Aina. 4136 DPS over 122 seconds. Got a 24964 crit on Bite of the Ukun that was caught in the parse, unfortunately I didn't get a screenshot.
