Pocs Resetting Swings?

Yay, so cougar is lowing DPS again huh? Awesome...just awesome. Sounds like all spells including procs are resetting swings for hybrids and pure melee alike . I hear this gets fixed next week but we'll see.

It is supposedly going to be fixed this thursday.
It isn't just panther and langour though -- its every proc.
Apparently the fix is that they are going to remove the swing reset timer for all classes. Even casters. Now we can get our DPS on with our weapons! I'll be able to do... an extra 5 dps? Bah.
