Call of the Wild + rezzeffect

Working on the AAs for Hastened + Quickened Call of the Wild. I get reports from the called, that they have the rezzeffect. In the past, I havn't used this very often, but I always thought that chars called by this ability don't suffer the rezzeffect. Is the rezzeffect a bug or intended?

The recipients do have rezz effects this is intended.

When it first went live people didn't have rezz effects. It was changed a few months after initial release.

People do come back on their full nakes HP/Mana so it is better than a rezz in the short term in the middle of combat.

Thanks Veril, was almost sure, that the rezzeffect hasn't been always there. And the "naked" mana and endurance ist still better than 0.
