On any spell which scores a GoRM proc, Nature's Burning Wrath would be used as the following spell. Storm Strike would be used during the recast delay between spells.

This is typically the optimum pattern for sustained dps. This obviously breaks down on mobs which are immune to fire or ice, or when mezzing needs to occur, but this is best case.

As far as spell haste goes, going off Tier 4 Group Armor results in a 18% Detrimental Haste Focus, Quick Damage 3 results in a extra 10%, then you can add the 11% from Cleric Buffs if you so choose, resulting in a 28-39% Detrimental Haste total. With just the 28% this should result in about a 4.5 second cast time available to any group level Druid. Rains would cast in 2.52 seconds at 28% hasted (3.5 Base). NBW if used, would have a 2.16 cast time at 28% hasted.

Using Winter's Blaze RK II 3990 Damage in 7 Seconds (4.5 Cast + 2.5 Recast) results in a DPS value of 570. Raiders with better Detri haste can get higher then this. That DPS total does not include Focii. If you factor in 45% (22.5 average) Cold Focus (Druid Gloves) and Fire Focus (Druid Arms) You get 2629 Fire and 2259 Cold or 4888 Total at 4.5 Cast for a total DPS of 698.29 DPS with Crystallos Level Group Focii and Quick Damage 3. If the Druid debuffs we can increase those focus numbers by another 3, 5, or 7% depending on mob and rank of spell used.

The Rain RK II spell totals 5900 Damage, non cold focusable with after 28% haste a total run time of 14.5 seconds or a total DPS value of 407 DPS
