This is from ally to bertox faction + doing the Soulbleeder raid
EDIT, patch today changed the RK3s to be same as RK2s on vendors~ but conversation is still goin on as to how to unlock the merchant i.e. what specific tasks.

The 2 tasks i DIDNT do for Bertox were Recoup the Coop and The Perfect Omelet.
The 3 tasks i DID do for CV were How The Mighty Have Fallen, Where Has Sister Donna Gone, and the one from the borrower camp / looting the bag, cant find the name.

After a few search it seems that the requirements are:
- Ally faction.
- "One of our own": Bimbalicus the Soulbleeder single person task (need Kindly faction to get the task).
- Bimbalicus the Soulbleeder raid.
It seems that this has nothing to do with Valor faction, and also that it is not necessary to complete the augment tasks arc.

I'm max ally with Bert camp and have completed something like 6 of the single tasks (missing I Would Exhume So). Reaver Lebanezer won't talk to me. There's something else missing. I'm warmly to Camp Valor btw.
