Anyone have any information on this spell? Has it been looked at at all by the Devs?

Prathun Only
And not one of those posts was regarding Shaman spell issues either.
Which brings us back to is he even aware of the issues?

I so hate links that break the forum. Use the [url] command.

Part of the reason is lack of strong shaman representation. We need a more vocal correspondent who will keep pounding at SoE until shaman spells are fixed. I am still disgusted by the whole SoF beta spell process, so I am pretty biased. Not only did we not get the upgrades most wanted, but the few unique spells are either broken, or pretty useless. AI is the one ray of light in the dark times that are SoF Shaman spells...
What I wouldn't give to convince Samanna to dive back in to shaman representing...

i think thats pretty hard to waring. I havent followed how good or bad he is as a class correspondent but i think the blame clearly lies on the SOE devs for not doing anything with the feedback given them

Like I said, I am biased from what I saw in the SoF beta. One of the things I saw was a lot of fanboy commenting from Waring, defending the devs quite frequently, as opposed to being a tool of the shaman community. Maybe that is the job of the correspondent...to be a mouthpiece for the devs (though Samanna was not that way from what I saw). Would it have been different if Waring was firm in representing the shaman level of disgust with spell lineup? Not likely. So in that sense, yes, it is Prathun's and SoE's fault. But, we didn't get a chance to see whether it would have been different. Waring is active, but I just haven't seen much leadership or fighting for us the way I saw Samanna doing it.

The correspondent role is not as interactive as you're imagining.

there is also the matter of perception.
