I don't think that these are given in any specific order. I say this because my guilds shaman who turned his in did infact get the pet first. I talked to Cull who said he got these two spells next. However, the next shaman that I talked to that turned his in (and I apologize but I can't remember his name at this time) received another spell as his first turn in.

At the same time, two of his guilds clerics turned their runes in and both of them received two different spells.

They may have changed this in the past week, but I doubt it.

OK to get Talisman of the Puma Rk. III. ~10674 kpp... Must do Bloodmoon 1-5 Group missions. + 2 12 man raids, and have Ally Fangbreaker Faction to see what vendor has Brett - (Elite Supplier)... Haven't checked other Elite vendors as of yet cause I'm tired. But their are quite a few good spells/tomes sold there. (Might also have to beat the 3 bloodmoon 54 man raid mobs (since we'd all done that). Which in after thought is most likely. After all BM3 dude does drop the Glowing Prismatic Runes.

So it looks like their will be a combination of Raid spell turn in and Purchasable Rnk3 spells after attaining faction and beating quests.

The 3rd Glowing Prismatic Rune is Tundra Crumble Rank III. Acquired by Mistydawnn( Diligence, 7th Hammer).

Interesting post just above. I had previously concluded that Rank III's for faction based purchaseable spells would likely not appear. This appears to be wrong. Then again, I don't recall elite vendors being present when SOF initially appeared. Curious exactly what tasks will need to be performed in any given camp to acquire such elite spells. I have done every task in Fangbreakers camp, both 12 man raids, all the 54 man raids, etc., and the elite vendor has nothing on him that I can purchase.
