Faction for Spells

Could sure use more info on this faction versus spells bit

From a guildie I got this:

Npc: Derak Fangbreaker Zone: Loping Plains

Spells Sold (at kindly Fang Breakers faction)
Arc of Arrows rk2 - rng
Aurora of Morrow rk2 - Pally
Bite of the Borrower rk2 - Beast
Bonestitch Charm rk2 - nec
Eleventh-Hour rk2 - clr
Survival of the Fittest rk2 - dru
Tome of Battle Frenzy rk2 - Beast
Tome of Knuckle Smash rk2 - war
(Nope, no shm spells on kindly)

So seems like there are at least 2 different factions (Fang Breakers & Ladies of the Light) for spells. Can't see how it fits in atm... why does kindly with Fang Breakers give clr/dru a spell from him, but not one for us shamans? Or will the all the other classes have their spells on the Ladies of the Light-vendor (who ever that is). And will Fang Breaker give shamans some other spells, at beter faction...?

Would be nice with a table with all the spells and factions and vendors on...

In dragon scale hills, just west of the steamfort zone in, there is a camp of gnomes. There is a gnome named Sigglik there hail him and get his 3 quests. The quests involve killing the mobs in the farm area just south of the quest giver. You will need to repeat the quests about 15 time each to get ally faction with Ak'anon strike force 5.

Once you are ally head to the cannon which is east of the steamfort zone in. There is a vendor there name Automated vending unit II. He sells spells to those with ally faction.

Also there seems to be two sets of spells for people, not ranks, sets.

Set one has rank 1 on the main level spell vendors anyone can buy from, and rank 2 drops from npcs.

Set 2 has rank 1s dropping off npcs, and rank 2s on vendors locked behind faction.

if you click on the Guides button on the menu and then SoF Faction Spell, you can see what spells are on vendors and what level of faction is needed to get them. Kela has done a good job finding the info for the Faction Spells.
