Very nice, thanks for the info. Did not know the Druids received the same spell and I don't read that forum over there, just samanna.net and therunes.net

Huge thumbs up from me. Very nice spell.
I looted a copy (rank 1) from a named last night and while it's application in group content isn't frequent, I can see how in some raids with heavy AE it will be very nice.

The only problem with this spell in raid content is the recast. It's a one time, save your butt kind of spell. With a 3 minute recast, you probably won't get to use it more than once. Since most AEs go off every 30 or 60 seconds, that means you have to survive several AEs before you can use the spell again.
It's still a nice spell with good emergency one shot use...but that's really all it is. One shot...two at the most.

Well, the AA helps us to lower its recast to 90 seconds. Thats twice as fast as clerics Divine Arbitration (Very similar)
Great spell and will be used a lot for Shamans that end up solo-healing raid groups or exp groups.

My guess is that spelldrops are random, however iirc I got my copy of Ancestral Intervention at the lost elves camp.
[Sat Nov 17 18:44:26 2007] You begin casting Ancestral Intervention.
[Sat Nov 17 18:44:27 2007] You perform an exceptional heal! (16573)
[Sat Nov 17 18:44:27 2007] You have healed Groht for 15037 points of damage.
Much <3 so far even if it takes up the 10th spellslot forever.
