Ward of Resurgence (Rune with heal on break)

I've got to say this is one of the most worthless spells we've gotten so far.. (I've been using rank 1 testing it in various places)... I can see this as a solo tool or when you know a mob is going to be hitting you... The rune comes off in 2 rounds of attack or less on dark blue mobs, if the rune doesn't just wear off the laughable 1.5min duration 2:03 min with TSS Raid gear extension It doesn't slow a mob like lassitude just a mere 10% melee mitigation. This is just another situational spell. Far better to have the 50% mitigation of the AE slow line (which is another laughable upgrade... same amt of slow same amt of mitigation. a paltry upgrade to over all dmg absorbed on recourse for a significant change in mana costs.)

And to mirror what others have stated this expansions spell line up has been less then exciting. BTW enjoy factioning to get the rank 2's you can't get from mobs. You'll also find rnk 1's dropping in many zones as well. I'm going to just go for the rank 3's then see what factioning I'll need for the rank2's which don't have 3's unless all spells have an ancient form. An unusual Idea but I'd welcome it.

As to the 3 tier system. I hate to break it to you but technically we've had it since Luclin. It's just more prominent now.

Had Halcyon rk 2 drop in the gobby fort in Loping yesterday. And also had Feralisis rk2 drop off a borrower razorbeak in HoS.

Type A: Rank I dropped randomly in a particular zone, Rank II on faction-locked vendor, Rank III a Rune turn-in.

Type B: Rank I on open vendor, Rank II dropped randomly in a particular zone, rank III a Rune turn in.

Is that correct?
