Some ideas for new RLAAs

Punt to Bind

This ability allows the RL to punt any person in the raid to thier bind point and does not give the target a choice of whether to accept it or not. Reuse timer: 30 minutes.

Raid Shrink

This ability allows the RL to shrink the entire raid. Insta cast, no reuse timer.

Death Touch

This ability allows the RL to kill anyone in the raid, anywhere in the zone. It has a 25 slot dispell that activates first so DA doesn't have a chance to save the target. For use when some asshat doesn't hit Pet Hold while the pull team is trying to split around named mobs with zonewide AEs and 1-900-MixALot the raid. Reuse timer: 2 hours.

Bitch Slap

This ability causes two massive arms to reach down out of the sky/ceiling, pick up the target and smack the crap out of someone who's done something stupid but forgiveable.

Raid Ready Check

Pops a window up on the screen of everyone in the raid with a button that when pressed shows that this PC is ready to procede. Yeah, it's a WoW function, but it's so damn hot they need to steal it.

Recruitment Channeling

This ability allows the RL automaticly weed out people who go afk on raids, or lack the braincells to follow written commands, before they're even put on trial.

Aura of the Stasi
A permanent aura around the asshat in the raid who keeps logs of everything so he can later harass the RLs afterwards about the 1 minute 16.5 seconds it took after loot was dealt until the move order was given.

The raid leader can mark a raid member and view that chars AT's and test them as if they were his own.

A serious one I wouldn't mind seeing would be a Fixed Target Window.
You can assign a target to this window and it will stay until you manually reset it. I am not sure if you would need to click on the window to be able to change the target in it, or what. It would need to be something a little hard to make sure it didn't get accidentally reset.
The benefit would be on Bosses that summon waves of adds at certain percentages of their life. If you are on the CC team you can still easily keep an eye on the health so you'd be ready when the waves came.

Basicly you are asking for another health bar and you can assign it to the mob that is Marked as NPC1, they marking is already in game.

Not sure on ease of implementation
