I can't help but find this spell very uninspired. Heck, all of the spells in this expansion seem quite lame.
So far, it looks like the expansion is merely there so we can use the Guild Banners to raid.
I went on a task which ended up being comprised of running around one of the most bland looking zones (Maiden's Grave) killing sirens over and over to get a rare drop.
I hope that was just one of the bad tasks, and look forward to something interesting in the others.

I like it. It's an upgrade to Fortitude, which wasn't upgraded in TSS, and the extra 500 endurance is a nice improvement.

It's a silly spell, but it's a silly stat to buff, so it really couldn't help but be. Had I been in charge, I'd have kicked Talisman of Fortitude in the c...rotch instead of upgrading it. Removed the overcap sta, tacked a couple extra +hp on the focus buffs, and never spoken of sta buffing ever again.

Well, when TSS was released without an upgrade to Fortitude, some people complained about it. So stam buffing isn't great, but it's not useless either. I'd rather have this than something we'd never use.
The Stamina overcap line doesn't add that much to HP, and combining those HP with the Focus line would save a buff slot, but that's not how things work - it's a balancing act - do I want the buff slot for the small HP stam gives, or something else?
At least with the endurance addition, some people have another reason to want it too!

Ok, 75 paladin with all the HP aa, all the stat cap AA, etc, and capped on stamina (415):
No sta buff: 19545
Fort: 19706
Perse: 19746
Stamina's still worth casting, and Perseverence isn't a bad upgrade at all.

No, there's not a single target version. I see what you mean about timing - if you use the buff on you to tell how long it lasts on other people. But that gets messed up if you die anyway. You can always see the wearing off messages at least.

HP are HP. More are better. Running out of HP kills you.
I wish it was more, but I'll take what I can get.
