Suspended Minion might be worth it for you - can call a pet, buff it up, suspend it. But if you don't think you'd do that, don't bother with that AA. It was very nice when mobs agroed on pets, so you couldn't summon one while travelling invis, but now it's not so useful.

Pet weapons mask, belts armour if you can get em. The pets do decent addon DPS and they are a worthwhile addition to the group.

DPS is goodness. More DPS is more goodness.

Run Speed 4+5. These are really good to have. no need to sow any more.
You are missing Mental Serenity. +5 FT every tick adds up, not gear dependent. Shaman don't sit. this is a goodness. Much Goodness. Fast pulling groups don't have OOC mana regen often.
Secondary forte go for conjuration. All DoT's and Poison nukes (and pet summons...). That's mana saving on your DPS which means you can spend the same mana as now and do more DPS, or do the same dps and have mana for other things.
You are missing Precognition, Defensive Instincts, Thick Skin. More of your AC works better.
Spell Casting Subtlty line is much goodness, especially if you nuke, not so good if you heavily DoT.
