Wondering what you all think would be the best 'buff' layout to put on a melee character who is under lvl 49.
For those wondering, i'd like to know exactly what spells to ask our Guild shaman for on my alt vs makin him try to remember which ones will stick

Thanks in advance.

When I buff alts for fellow guildmates that are melee, I'll use the following basic line-up:
Infusion of Spirit (IoS)
Talisman of Altuna (HP only)
STR, DEX, AGI, STA
Chloro
Bih'Li
Primal Essence/Carnage (optional, see below comments)
If they don't have temp I'll give AC buff.
If I am sticking around (using their alt to farm greenies for me) I'll use Carnage from iksar cudgel instead due to the ATK bonus, otherwise I'll use Primal Essence for duration and extra STA.

Well... the level cutoff is 46 for higher end buffs, for the low levels you are looking at this:
Your basics are Harnissing of Spirit (mini-focus), Stamina, Agility (if you want that).
If you are wanting max stats, and buff lots are no issue, or you are being PL'd:
Infusion of Spirit
Talisman of Altuna
Stamina
Agility
Strength
Dexterity
Regen would be Cloroplast
AC buff is Guardian (if no cleric buffs)
SoW or Bhi'li (for attack)
highest haste is Alacrity
any resists you want, use spells under level 49 for the casting shaman.
If your character is 46+ you can get Focus, diaku, boar, wulran, replenishemnt, any non-OoW buffs that would normally be memmed/casted by a shaman

Actually, at either 43 or 44 I think, you can stack up Harnessing of Spirit, Maniacal Strength and Mortal Deftness along with Agi and Sta for close to the same melee stats as you would achieve with Ios + Tuna/Kragg +others, with slightly fewer buff slots.
I haven't buffed like that in awhile, and it will NOT stack one way but it will the other way. I Think you are required to cast Maniacal Str, Mortal Deftness, and THEN Harnessing of spirit, as that order will allow it to stack and HoS wont overwrite Str/Dex. If you do HoS first, the other 2 will not stick. Myself, I always used this for my twink paladin (up til about 47):
IoS, Altuna/Kragg(Kragg closer to 44-46), Agi, Regen, Str, Dex, Sta, alacrity, and resist buffs if I needed those for whatever mobs I was fighting. Then go bug a cleric for a Temp, and off I went with my twink pally. around 47(ish) I gave up the added melee stats for FoSoul + avatar
